A phenocam and NDVI sensors network has been deployed in the Gran Paradiso National Park and in the Ecrins National Park to track grassland seasonal course. In particular, collected data are used to i) infer canopy phenology, ii) analyze the interactions between mowing/grazing and canopy dynamics, and iii) estimate functional and structural properties.
